hm well i guess if you don’t ask in an annoying way and you’re just nice about it, then yeah.  i don’t know, i’ve never asked someone before.

i think it’s best if the person you’re asking is following you though.  otherwise, it doesn’t make sense.  but that’s just my opinion. ☺
